At one time there was a three story house in the background. The house was destroyed in a tornado of 2012. I used to take the long way home from work just to see this from time to time. I love sunsets.

Making art is how I make sense of this wonderful life. My artistic search for El Dorado keeps the dream alive and gives my soul wings and song. I share these passions through my works. I use sketches as the basis for most all works. The first thoughts manifest on paper. Many works are reisited in digital form, some reworked and reshaped. I still paint outdoors whenever possible. Standing in a field with easel, paint, and canvas still brings out the wild and free of heart. I have always loved to delve into code and cipher, riddles and puzzles, rhyme and wit.
